Ryerson Community Theatre (formerly Oakham Amateur Campus Theatre) has been a part of the Ryerson community since the inception of the Oakham House societies.
Our mission is to support and develop theatre and the dramatic arts in the Ryerson Community. Whether you’re looking for help with a film, a script, a performance, or just want to be involved in Ryerson’s oldest and most established theatre and drama community, RCT is here to help.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a student, professor, or just someone who wants to be involved– if you want to be a part of the Ryerson community, then we want to support you!
We do this by holding acting workshops, pub nights, end-of-year performances, and other theatre events, which are open to all Ryerson community members (including you!).
RCT’s goal is to explore theatre that is both entertaining and artistically deep. As a not-for-profit group, RCT has the unique opportunity to explore unconventional and challenging theatrical productions.
